ANVI uses separate interfaces for school administration, management, teaching, parents, and students. Shared records stay underneath, with permission checks applied to every action.

Designed boundaries
ANVI treats identity, school membership, role, and relationship as separate checks. Signing in never grants access to a school record by itself.

Every school-owned row stores a school id. Queries and mutations check membership before they return a record. There is no cross-tenant browse.

Teachers are gated by assignment. Parents are gated by guardian links. Students are gated to their own enrollment. Management is gated by named permissions.

Clerk handles sign-in. Convex owns schools, roles, and access. A login never implies a school. A school role never lives only in an auth token.

Most students are minors. Accounts are created by the school. Parent access is invited and claimed. The school remains the data fiduciary for academic and fee records.

We create the tenant, first administrator, and academic year with your team. The office starts from a controlled foundation instead of an empty public account.
